This is our second time using Karen as our Realtor® and I can honestly say I believe she is the best in the business. We used her for selling along with buying this time. From the start, she helped walk us through the selling process by advising us on what comps in the area were at, where we should list, what we could expect in the process, and probably the most important things we could do to help it sell faster while still living there. The entire process was great and we received an offer within 2 weeks. She advised us on the negotiations and had accepted an offer by the end of that day. Her timely response to everything we needed was second to none and very important as it was our first time selling. We then saw houses that were already sent to us matching our criteria. She was very well versed in the different areas we looked at and was able to tell us the positives of each. She also gave her personal opinion of each place and looked for things that we would not notice that may be problems down the road. We eventually settled on one we loved. When we first put in an offer we heard nothing back, but Karen kept working to get in touch with the other party and after a lot of back and forth, we finally settled on a price we were happy with. We were able to get everything set to close the same day on both houses. Karen was constantly in touch with us through inspections all the way up to the final walk-through and sale. Overall Karen did an excellent job from start to finish. She was quick to respond and always ready to help and reassure us every step of the way. The most important thing is you could tell she cared about not only getting us fair value on our place but finding the perfect place for us and not just a sale. I would highly advise Karen to anyone looking for a Realtor®. She is very professional and passionate about what she does, you will not be disappointed!

My experience with Karen has been nothing but a great one since the beginning! I met her in 2012 when she helped me find the perfect place for me to rent. I kept in touch with her, and when I decided to start looking for a place to buy I didn't even think of finding other options in real estate. I immediately contacted her as my real estate professional to help me with the difficult task of finding a place to buy. I am very indecisive, so it took a long time, and many showings, for me to finally decide on a place. Karen showed me many apartments and townhomes and was always very patient with my indecisiveness, and the many different things that I was looking for. She always gave me her professional opinion when I asked her, and help me through the whole process. When I finally decided on a property, she made sure I got the best deal and showed great negotiation skills. She was very quick and efficient with all the paperwork and the whole buying process. Maybe one of the best things I can say about Karen, is that I think she was truly happy for me when I finally found the right place! She was with me throughout all the steps of the process, and even at the closing, she was making sure everything was in order. I would and will recommend Karen Majerczak to anyone I know who is on the market to either buy or sell a property. Karen is so knowledgeable of the market trends and overall realty policies and procedures which made it so easy for our search as buyers and marketing as sellers. Karen never pushed anything on us as sellers and knew exactly what we were looking for. She even talked us out of some impulsive decisions that she knew didn't meet our standards. In addition to her professional genius, we had so much fun working with Karen! Selling and buying can be very stressful but Karen made it such a fun and exciting experience. She never left us hanging with any questions because she was always responsive at any hour of any day. Not that I want to encourage too much out of normal business hours but let's face it, sometimes groundbreaking questions come to mind at inopportune hours and Karen was always there for us. She never made us feel like we were an inconvenience and invested the same level of interest that we did as both sellers and buyers. Karen was our Realtor® but now she is going to be a friend for life. We wouldn't have been able to do this without her.

Karen helped us sell our home and purchase our new home. She is absolutely the best. She is super attentive and helpful and makes you feel like you are her only client with how responsive and interactive she is (we are glad we weren't her only clients because other people should be as lucky). She was always at least one step ahead, taking care of everything before we even considered it. When there were hiccups in the road she was on the phone doing everything in her power to get us through, and it all worked out thanks to her and the associates she recommends. I highly suggest using her recommendations for lawyers and mortgage brokers as well. They were extraordinary and worked around the clock to get us into our new home. The inspector and HVAC guys she recommended were also superb. Overall, as difficult as a process as this can be, it was great thanks to Karen and her team. Now that it's done, I wouldn't have done a thing differently. If we sell/buy again I would love to work with her again. Too bad I think we'll be in this home for a long time! I highly highly recommend Karen and the people she works with. You won't regret it.
