Karen Majerczak is a licensed Real Estate Broker with over 10 years of real estate experience. Born and raised in Arlington Heights, Karen is now raising her two children in the same town she grew up in. Karen started her career at the Chicago Board of Trade and worked as a Bond Trader for 8 years which has helped her be a excellent negotiator for her clients. Once she started a family she knew a change of careers was approaching. Karen fell in love with Real Estate and has now been a successful Broker for 10 years. 

From working with first time home buyers to investors and sellers Karen is committed to selling all types of real estate. She prides herself on a work ethic, responsiveness, and knowledge of real estate and areas is unlike the norm. Her clients have a full service Realtor with Karen as she eats, sleeps and lives Real Estate 365 days a year/24 hours a day. Given the nature of the business and being most peoples biggest investment of their lives Karen’s clients entrust her with referrals from every walk of life. From painters to dentists to lender and on, Karen’s clients lean on her for all trusted advisors in life. Buying and selling a home is an exciting and stressful time of life and Karen truly cares and guides everyone through all steps along the way. 

Karen loves to be active in life with her kids, playing tennis, running, doing yoga, and traveling and of course working hard!
