Across Naples Bay from Royal Harbor, Aqualane Shores sits between Old Naples to the north, Port Royal to the south, and the Gulf of Mexico to the west. Though each neighborhood has its own unique history, all three communities were developed in the 1950s, shortly after the city’s incorporation. The land that was once mangrove forests has been dredged and cleared to make way for one of the world’s most exclusive waterfront residences.

In the winter months, sometimes the streets downtown can get crowded. Fortunately, residents have fantastic restaurants and shops within walking, biking, boating, or golf-carting distance.
